Donations, including Qurban, Aqiqah, Sadaqah, and other charitable contributions, are considered voluntary and non-refundable once submitted, as they are immediately allocated or committed for distribution.
Due to the nature of Qurban involving advance animal procurement and international coordination, all Qurban orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
In the rare event that As One Ummah is unable to fulfill the Qurban service (e.g., logistical failure, supplier issue), a full refund will be issued.
E-Certificates, videos, and photos will be delivered via email or WhatsApp within one month after the Qurban has been completed.
