Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03 June 2025

At As One Ummah, we strive to provide quality services with integrity and transparency. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for our services.

1. Travel Services

Refunds for travel bookings (e.g., Umrah, Turkey, Egypt, etc.) are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking and the policies of our third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available on a tiered basis depending on cancellation timing and subject to approval. See individual package terms for specific rates.

  • Non-Refundable: Deposits and administrative fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Changes/Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may incur additional charges or partial forfeitures.

2. Classes & Workshops

For all educational or ad hoc lifestyle classes (e.g., Islamic classes, candle making, etc.):

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class date: Full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: Non-refundable.

  • If a class is cancelled by us, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Charity Contributions

Donations, Qurban, Aqiqah, or other charitable contributions are considered voluntary and non-refundable once submitted, as they are immediately allocated or committed for distribution.

  • In cases of duplicate transactions or errors, please contact us within 24 hours for review.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original mode of payment or alternative methods as arranged.
