1. Booking Confirmation & Full Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your airport transfer. This enables timely vehicle allocation and reservation. 2. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable, except in verified cases such as: Medical emergencies (e.g., hospitalization) Flight cancellations by the airline Refund requests must be supported by official documentation (e.g., medical certificate, airline confirmation). We reserve the right to approve or decline requests at our discretion. Note: This policy is subject to our overarching Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions. 3. Changes & Rescheduling You may request a change in pickup time, date, or location at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not guarantee a refund unless your case meets our refund conditions. 4. No-shows & Last-minute Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or failure to show up will forfeit the full payment. 5. Flight Delays We monitor flight arrivals, but you are still required to inform us of delays. Prolonged delays may incur additional waiting time charges. 6. Passenger Responsibility Ensure all booking details are correct at the time of submission. We are not liable for missed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete information. 7. Acceptance of Terms By completing your payment, you agree to these terms, as well as our Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions.
