Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 03 June 2025

1. Security Deposit Payment

  • Minimum deposit payment of $1000 (One Thousand Dollars) to secure your booking upon registration.

  • All deposit are non-refundable

2. Cancellation / Refundable Policy

  • Cancellation of bookings via telephone call, email or to AsOneUmmah office at your earliest convenince.

  • Full package payment MUST be fully receive within 40 days before the departure date.

  • We have the right to cancel if no payment receive within 40 days before departure date.

  • All cancellations are non-refundable unless a valid and verifiable reason is provided and accepted at our discretion.

  • Cancellation charges are as follow: (subject to approval)

    • 60Days before depature date > 50% of the full package price

    • 40Days before depature date > 80% of the full package price

    • 30Days before depature date > 100% of the full package price

3. Documentation

  • Passport validity of at least 6 months before its expiry date from the departure .

  • Latest Passport size photo in hardcopy and softcopy is required for VISA application.

  • Health declaration certificate is required for certain countries

  • VISA application requirements vary by countries.

  • AsOneUmmah is not held responsible if for any reason the VISA application is not approve by the embassy

4. Package Itineraries

  • AsOneUmmah will provide what is stated in the itineraries. Any due negligence, the company will not hold any responsible for any injuries & damages, lost or anything dealing with hotels and transportation during the entire journey.

  • The company may change the itineraries, hotels and other arrangement without prior notice.

  • The company may cancel the tour if we feel it is unsafe to continue with the travel plan and all tour packages to be refunded accordingly.

  • Packages price is fixed during its first planning but it may change in time due to flight changes or any issues arise which is beyond our control.

  • The company will not be hold responsible for any medical and hospital cost during the tour and any others which are not stated in the tour itineraries.

  • All extra luggages will be borne by the customer and any lost/damages luggages must be reported directly to the airlines before leaving the airport.

5. Death

(For Umrah/Haj customers) In the unfortunate event of death during Umrah or Hajj, the deceased will be buried in Mecca or Medina.

  • If the family wishes to repatriate the body, all arrangements and expenses will be their responsibility.
